CV Machine Learning Engineer Internship

• Optimized the segmentation and defect detection process for semiconductor ceramic parts by using a lightweight real-time semantic segmentation model PP-liteSeg. Full finetune was performed on the part drawing dataset of the same model product, and 98% mIoU was achieved.
• To solve the problem of poor model generalization ability, Mobile SAM based on few-shot learning was introduced for process optimization. The mask dataset for training was automatically generated by a small amount of labeling work. This experience demonstrates innovative problem solving approaches in deep learning and engineering projects.

Research on Adapting the Segment Anything Model for RGBT Multi-model Semantic Segmentation

• Improved and optimized the ViT-B-based SAM model through fine-tuning techniques like LoRA and Adapter. The objective was to enhance its suitability for RGBT (RGB and infrared bimodal) semantic segmentation tasks. Successfully trained and evaluated the model on RGBT bimodal semantic segmentation datasets, including the MF dataset, KP Day-Night dataset,etc., resulting in improved performance and achieving the targeted Miou score.

• Models such as ResNet, VGG, and U-Net were investigated for image classification and image segmentation tasks. I utilized scikit-learn components for evaluation and focused on weakly supervised image segmentation.

(Excellent National College Students’ Innovative Project) Research Intern on simulation and optimization of an Archimedes screw hydrokinetic Turbine

• Ansys Fluent is used to simulate the Archimedes screw hydrokinetic Turbine for power generation in the deep ocean. The geometrical parameters of the screw blades were analyzed by computational fluid dynamics, a highly accurate approximate model of Cp and Ct,s was established using genetic algorithm, and the optimal set of solutions for the Pareto front was obtained by multi-objective optimization. It is found that the spiral blade has an excellent starting torque coefficient and high energy utilization coefficient, which successfully improves the turbine performance.

SpringCloud + SpringCloudAlibaba + MyBatis-Plus + Redis + SpringSession + RabbitMQ + Nginx + ElasticSearch

• Developed an E-commerce System using microservices architecture, including the foreground shopping module and background data management module based on SpringCloud + SpringCloudAlibaba + MyBatis-Plus + Redis + SpringSession + RabbitMQ + Nginx + ElasticSearch to achieve. Using docker containerized deployment, the front mall system includes user login, registration, product search, product details, shopping cart, order process, “sec-killing” and other modules. The backend management system includes system management, product system, preferential marketing, inventory system, order system, user system, content management, and other seven modules.

Front-end and back-end Medical Appointment Website Development

MVC + MySQL

• Independently developed a medical appointment web system from scratch, utilizing MySQL and following the MVC architecture. Users, including administrators, doctors, and patients, can seamlessly register, log in, and log out of the website. The system encompasses a range of functionalities, enabling users to perform operations such as adding, editing, and deleting relevant data, as well as scheduling appointments with doctors. For a user-friendly experience, the system features an intuitive login interface and incorporates visualization elements. Front-end development is implemented using the Bootstrap framework, HTML, CSS, and C, while MySQL efficiently handles back-end data processing.

Strategy Game Interface Development Based on Unity C# and JAVA

Unity + C# + JAVA

• Independently completed a strategy game interface based on Unity JAVA and C#. Using the Unity engine and the C# programming language, I implemented an engaging 3D GUI, including character attack animations and attribute selection. Character controls and camera scripts written in C# allow the player to freely rotate the viewpoint, move and attack enemies, and your head will display a life bar similar to those found in fighting games, ensuring that the player has a clear understanding of the character's status. Meanwhile, I wrote the game engine in Java to provide stable and efficient back-end support for the game, including the implementation of character attributes and attack logic.
